No enrolment fee
No additional annual membership or renewal fees
No annual maintenance fee.
This annual maintenance fee is normally a mandatory requirement by other clubs even if you do not use/save the week
Usage fee
there will be a reasonable usage fee charged at USD 150 per week for depositing your QVI Club week entitlement into "XchangeWorld" for your xchange purpose. which is amongst the LOWEST in the world!
Xchange fee
there will be a nominal Xchange fee. The Xchange fee is a flat rate of USD 99 per week of 8days/7nights - throughout the world which translates to great value for money! . instead of the much higher and overly complicated fee structure offered by other exchange networks. This is payable upon confirmation of your Xchange request.
Guest Certificate fee
Guest Certificate fee is available at USD 39. This is applicable only if you are not part of traveling party staying at the destination resort/hotel.
For full week booking - Guest Certificate fee is per unit/per week.
For split week booking – Guest Certificate fee is per unit/per period of stay
Split Weeks
To fully enjoy the flexibility of your QVI Club membership, you can choose to split your vacation week over different times of the year. Split weeks are popular with members who prefer to go on shorter holidays as this gives them the option to split the use into a three or four nights stay instead.
The use of split weeks is currently available on 33 Xchangeworld properties throughout Asia. We’re currently adding more properties to the list, so watch this space for the latest updates!

XchangeWorld Xtra
an Xtra vacation week at various destinations worldwide, offered at competitive prices to all fully paid QVI Club Diamond, Platinum and Gold members. All QVI Club members are eligible to enjoy this new benefit over and above their yearly membership entitlement with no additional xchange fee or usage fee ! What’s more, you can even gift XchangeWorld Xtra to your family, friends and loved ones by simply obtaining a Guest Certificate.
No additional xchange fee and usage fee required. Reservation is based on first come first serve basis only. However, there will be no refund of booking cancellation.
Cancellation Protection Option (CPO)
By purchasing CPO USD 19 at the time of confirming your exchange, should you need to cancel your exchange holiday, your deposited week will be saved up to the expiry date of usage week entitlement. There will be 'no fee' for the replacement exchange. You have the option of accepting CPO and paying the additional CPO fee on the replacement exchange reservation.
- CPO must be purchased upon xchange confirmation only
- CPO is not available on Bonus Weeks or any other “special” or “promotional offers”
- CPO is not applicable on Guest Certificates
If you decline CPO at the time of confirming your exchange, the cancellation policy applies.
